ABOUT 360 LIVING:the making of a movement
360 Living grew out of the early work from the Authentic Happiness Project, dedicated to helping people assess and improve their lives. It includes a happiness survey and a library of resources for each life area.
We wanted to share the findings of the Authentic Happiness project: hundreds of thousands of data points about how the areas of life interact and impact each other to form our overall happiness and well-being. And so, 360 Living was born!
The mission of both projects: helping people to live a balanced life by considering happiness from all angles.

Jacquelyn Salvador(the right brain creative type ✒️)
Writer, chief minimalist, founder of 360 Living
Fascinated from a young age with the pursuit of living better, Jacquelyn spent much of her early life chasing perfection and trying to follow the rules of success.
Eventually she realized that this default path led to anything but happiness, so in 2016 she took off on a backpacking adventure in search of something more authentic. It was during her travels that Jacquelyn began discovering a more meaningful way of living, which can be enjoyed wherever we are in the world.
Eager to help others discover the freedom and joy of building their own version of the good life, Jacquelyn regularly contributes to wellbeing-focused publications, in addition to managing 360 Living content.
You can follow Jacquelyn's adventures in the art of living the good life on Instagram or Medium.
